Another Pelican Pointe Car Wash Coming Soon to St. Tammany:

Gulf States Real Estate Services handled the real estate transaction and predevelopment work for Pelican Pointe Car Wash in Covington, LA off Highway 1085, and we are happy to report construction has commenced for this additional location in West St. Tammany Parish. Pelican currently operates five car washes in St. Tammany and a total of 15 regionally. This was a long process, said Mike Saucier, President of Gulf States. Gulf States real estate agent, Terry Blackwell and I worked very hard to secure acceptable access and other approval permits necessary to create these attractive properties fronting on Highway 1085 and now part of Northpoint Business Park Phase V. This entire process took approximately eighteen months and involved detailed meetings and discussions with Louisiana Department of Transportation Development, Parish engineering and other local governmental authorities.

Pelican Pointe Car Wash’s entire team “wishes to thank Gulf States and the State and local officials who committed to getting this done.” Pelican Pointe Car Wash is planning an early 2025 opening.
