St. Tammany Parish School Board Awards Real Estate Broker Services to Gulf States Real Estate:

Gulf States Real Estate Services, LLC is pleased to announce the signing of a real estate brokerage and consulting contract with St. Tammany Parish School Board. “We really spent a lot of time responding to the School Board RFP a couple of months ago, and we are very excited to learn of the award and new partnership,” said Mike Saucier, President of Gulf States.

The initial task will involve analyzing excess school board properties that are not intended for use as school sites. Following this, the school board will develop a priority list for marketing and selling these properties.

Gulf States provides real estate brokerage, development, and construction services for our clients. We have performed similar services for other schools and institutional users over the past 25 years. Frank Jabbia, School Board Superintendent said, “We are excited to embark on this new partnership with Gulf States Real Estate Services.
