Gulf States has teamed up with Holyfield Properties who has served the market for the past 20 year with commercial and residential brokerage, in addition to a very active appraisal division which will remain as Holyfield Properties. This new Real Estate office will also have access to all of the other services provided by the Gulf States Companies, including Project Management, Property Management and Development.

Michael Saucier, Founder and President of Gulf States Real Estate, Development and Construction Services, has over forty years of success in real estate brokerage, property management, and developing a variety of projects across the United States. Mike is heavily involved in the initial project visioning and planning of the Gulf States projects. In addition to applying his keen insight, leadership, and vast experience in various disciplines, Mike is also responsible for identifying corporate clients and other income producing services and projects for Gulf States, their partners, and clients. Mike has served in leadership positions for the City of Hammond Planning Commission, the State Board of Louisiana Economic Development Corporation, and is currently a board member of the St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce. “Turning Ideas into Reality” is not just a tagline for his companies, it’s what drives him and his colleagues daily. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from LSU and holds real estate broker licenses in Louisiana and Mississippi.
